23.L&L – Lex Dennis

Bendable just got its first report card. As 2020 wrapped up, we received an independent evaluation from a major consulting firm, FSG. It called our “progress thus far impressive” and praised our “inclusive approach to building community buy-in.” It also offered eight recommendations to help us improve. “We’re deeply committed to engaging all of South Bend,” said Lex Dennis, director of lifelong learning at the Drucker Institute, which created Bendable and helps the library run the system. “We’re off to a great start, but we never stop asking, ‘How can we do even better?’”
