57.L&L – Erik Simon

After two years, the St. Joseph County Public Library is reopening its main branch on Nov. 14 with exciting new upgrades to share with the community. In addition to electric fireplaces and a new children’s area, the $38 million project made sure to carve out a designated Bendable learning space. The library will use this new space on the third floor to host in-person events, build out bulletin boards with QR codes for learning resources and more. “We’re very excited about what Bendable can do for us,” said Erik Simon, manager of education and programming at the library. “Not only online, but in person.”
